MODULE 1

4. Changing Your Money Mindset

On page 7 of your workbook, write down all of your money goals. These can include materials, experiences, or general feelings around your finances. These goals will become your new focus, so reference them often!

To Recap:

  1. Give Yourself Grace
Accept that your reactions and responses to money are normal. Once there’s no shame involved, it will get much easier to head down a financial wellness path.

  2. Focus on the Positive
Shifting your focus away from the negative feelings around money is a big step in the right direction. In order to do this, you must find something to get excited about. Make your money goals fun, detailed, and diverse. And don’t forget to write them down!

  3. Come Up With an Action Plan
Having a plan in place is going to completely turn your mindset around. This step disrupts the fear cycle and allows you to step into a wonderful financial future. By the time you finish these eight modules, you’ll have a complete, personalized financial plan that will eliminate your fears and anxieties.

Are You Ready?
